FAQ
When is payday?
Payroll is run every two weeks, typically on Friday or Saturday. Pay is current and up to date, not held back two weeks behind.
What do I do if I’m running late?
Text your direct supervisor as soon as possible. Let them know you are running late and give your expected arrival time.
What do I do if I’m sick?
Text your direct supervisor as early as possible and let them know you are sick and will need the day off.
How do I request time off?
Request time off as early as possible by texting your supervisor or submitting it through the Workforce app.
How do raises work?
Raises are tied to growth, not just time served.
Raises are earned through increased skill, consistency, responsibility, initiative, and trust. As you become more valuable to the crew, your pay should reflect that. Growth is evaluated by how well you work, how much ownership you take, and how reliably you can be trusted with more.
What happens if I break a tool, damage client property, or break something else?
Mistakes happen, and honesty matters most.
If something is damaged, report it immediately. Do not hide it, ignore it, or hope no one notices. Most mistakes will be handled with honesty, correction, and grace.
However, repeated carelessness, negligence, or failure to follow clearly given instruction is different. If damage happens because standards were ignored, instructions were disregarded, or preventable carelessness was repeated, you may be held responsible for part or all of the cost to repair or replace what was damaged.
Grace is given for honest mistakes. Carelessness is treated differently.
What if a client asks me for extra work or asks how much something will cost?
Direct them to your supervisor or crew leader.
Do not price extra work, promise additional work, or approve changes on your own.
