Woodfall & Sons exists to build spaces and a life that reflect God’s order, hospitality, and joy—blessing families, providing honest work, and growing in faith together.
This page explains the mission, values, and mindset that shape how we operate as a company and as a crew.
Our Mission
“To build spaces and a life that reflect God’s order, hospitality, and joy—blessing families, providing honest work, and growing in faith together.”
Our work is about more than construction. We build places where families live, gather, rest, and grow. That means what we build matters, and how we build it matters too.
We aim to do honest work, serve people well, and build in a way that reflects order, care, and craftsmanship. Our goal is not only to improve homes, but to strengthen families, create meaningful work, and leave things better than we found them.
Our Core Values
Our work is shaped by four core values: Integrity, Hospitality, Craftsmanship, and Stewardship. These values guide how we work, how we serve, and how we carry ourselves each day.
Integrity
We do what we say we will do.
We show up, tell the truth, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for our work. When something goes wrong, we own it and make it right.
Integrity means being reliable, accountable, and trustworthy—whether someone is watching or not.
Hospitality
How we carry ourselves matters.
Clients should feel comfortable having us in their home. That means being courteous, professional, approachable, and easy to work with.
Hospitality means treating people and places with respect. We respect homes, client property, one another, and the trust we have been given.
Craftsmanship
We take pride in doing things the right way.
We do not cut corners, rush carelessly, or settle for work that we would not stand behind ourselves. Good work is noticed. Great work is remembered.
Craftsmanship requires patience, discipline, attention to detail, and respect for the work itself.
Stewardship
We take care of what has been entrusted to us.
That includes our time, tools, materials, client property, and the reputation of this company. Waste, carelessness, and disorder cost everyone.
Stewardship means being dependable. We show up prepared, stay engaged, finish strong, and take responsibility for what has been placed in our hands.
Work Ethic Rooted in the Benedictine Way
Our work is shaped by the belief that labor has dignity and work has meaning.
We believe work should be done with attention, discipline, humility, and gratitude. We aim to be steady, dependable, and fully present in the task before us.
This means:
- We work hard
- We work with order
- We work without needless chaos
- We stay teachable
- We practice discipline
- We value humility over ego
- We pursue excellence, not just speed
For us, work is not only about getting the job done. It is also about becoming the kind of men who can be trusted to do it well.
We believe good work forms good character. And good character builds a good life.
