  • Work while you talk
    If you can talk and work at the same time, that is fine. If talking stops the work, then stop talking and work. We do not stand around with mouths moving and hands idle.
  • Stay engaged
    Be aware of what is happening around you. If your task is done, do not wait to be told what to do next. Look ahead, stay moving, and find the next helpful thing.

Trust is built through consistency, responsibility, and attitude.


Safety

  • Use the right Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Protect your eyes, ears, lungs, and hands
  • Use ladders correctly
  • Use tools correctly
  • Lift smart
  • Pay attention to your surroundings
  • Ask when unsure
  • Report injuries immediately
  • Stop unsafe work before it becomes a bigger problem

No job is urgent enough to justify careless injury.
